Preview: Penn State vs Ohio State

       The Ohio State Buckeyes, the current number one team, will be paying a visit to the Penn State Nittany Lion’s Beaver stadium, once again. The Buckeyes will play for their 27th consecutive regular-season win, their last loss being their 2005 game at Penn State. The Nittany Lions are going to have to strengthen their defense against Ohio State’s Quarterback Todd Boeckmen to gain the advantage of this game, while relying on a flawless performance from their own Quarterback, Anthony Morelli. But in the end, this match up might come down to a single field goal.

Season Preview: Nittany Lion Fencing Teams Ready to Reload in ’07-08

     STATE COLLEGE, Pa.; October 22, 2007 -- The Penn State fencing team will head into the 2007-08 season looking to reload after last year’s national championship run.  With a number of fencers lost to graduation and two more All-Americans taking Olympic red-shirts, head coach Emmanuil Kaidanov will need plenty of production from some talented but untested individuals to challenge for the title in 2008.
