Lancaster Couple Commits $1 Million To Endow Morgan Center Position
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.; April 17, 2008 – Penn Staters have long taken pride in the academic successes of the University's student-athletes, and none more so than Milton and Lois Morgan of Lancaster. Several years ago, the Morgans displayed that pride in dramatic fashion by designating a leadership gift to support what is now the Morgan Academic Support Center for Student-Athletes, which helps Penn State student-athletes achieve their academic goals while participating in intercollegiate athletic programs.

Will Coach U.S. Troops in Flag Football Tournament
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.; April 2, 2008 – Eight former NFL football players, including Penn State's Todd Blackledge and Kenny Jackson, left Washington, D.C., on Monday to spend eight days in the Middle East. The former players will be busy coaching troops in a flag football tournament as part of the USO's Operation Gridiron: Huddle with the Troops.
