No. 11 Georgetown Falls at Home to Notre Dame, 78-64
WASHINGTON  -  Sophomore center Greg Monroe (New Orleans, La./Helen Cox) scored 15 points and sophomore guard Jason Clark (Arlington, Va./Bishop O'Connell) added 12 points, but it wasn't enough as Ben Hansbrough scored 21 points to lead three players in double figures as Notre Dame  topped No. 11 Georgetown, 67-54, in front 15,992 fans at Verizon Center.

Freeman's 29 Points Lead No. 11 Georgetown Past Louisville, 70-60

LOUSVILLE, Ky.  -  On Tuesday night in Louisville, you could  call it Freeman Hall.  In the penultimate game at Louisville's legendary Freedom Hall, junior guard Austin Freeman (Mitchellville, Md./DeMatha) scored 24 of his  game-high 29 points in the second half as No. 11 Georgetown shot 59.1. percent in the second half en route to a 70-60 win over the Cardinals in front of 19,917 fans.

No. 7 Georgetown Falls on the Road in BIG EAST Loss to Rutgers, 71-68
PISCATAWAY, N.J.  -  Sophomore center Greg Monroe (New Orleans, La./Helen Cox) scored 19 points, had eight rebounds, six assists and four blocks and No. 7 Georgetown fought back from an 8-point deficit in the second half to take a 1-point lead late in the game, but Dane Miller tipped in a missed shot and the Scarlet Knights hit four free throws in the final 15 seconds to seal a 71-68 win over the Hoyas in front of 6,225 at the Louis Brown Athletic Center.

Georgetown's Austin Freeman Named to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll
WASHINGTON - Georgetown University junior guard Austin Freeman (Mitchellville, Md./DeMatha) was named to the BIG EAST Conference Weekly Honor Roll on Monday after his performance in a pair of games last week.  It is the second-straight week that Freeman has been named to the Honor Roll and the seventh-straight week a Georgetown player has been recognized.
