Fairfax, VA For the first time this season (3-0) George Mason fans got a glimpse of the team they saw make it to the Colonial Athletic Association Championship game last season. The Patriots limited the visiting (1-1) Dayton Flyers to 36 percent shooting and held a 42-35 advantage in rebounds as they improved to 3-0 for the first time since the 1980-81 season with a 67-56 win in front of 7, 274 at Patriots Center.

The Potomac Panthers of Dumfries (VA) sported a 10-0 record going into last night’s game and have outclassed opponents all season with four big playmakers on offense and defense. Mulku Kalokah, Darius Brent, Adbul Kanneh and Abass Conteh have collectively overwhelmed opponents with their explosiveness and instincts.

The Washington Wizards host the Portland Trail Blazers tonight at Verizon Center at 7:00 pm on Comcast SportsNet and WTEM 980 AM.
* This game marks the first of two meetings between Washington and Portland this season. The Wizards and Trail Blazers will meet again on March 25th in Portland.
