CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Virginia men’s soccer team was edged by fourth-ranked Maryland, 2-1, Friday night at Klöckner Stadium. Terrapin midfielder Graham Zusi’s penalty kick in the 68th minute was the difference in the game.

Clarification aimed at eliminating fans’ confusion regarding the policy
CHARLOTTESVILLE—The Virginia athletics department is clarifying its policy on bags and backpacks at football games after there was confusion concerning the policy at the Cavaliers’ game with North Carolina on Oct. 18.
