Howard University will open the 2008 season with a home game against the Hoyas of Georgetown University. It will mark the first time that the two schools have met on the gridiron. That match-up will take place in Greene Stadium.
The Bison will follow with a road game at Hampton, VA against the Pirates of Hampton University on September 13. Howard will then return home for a MEAC showdown with rival Florida A&M University on September 20.
The Bison will then go to Miami, FL where they will face Savannah State University on September 27. The schedule for October features a road game at Winston-Salem State University on October 4, a homecoming clash with rival Morgan State on October 18 and a road game at North Carolina A&T State University on October 25.
Howard returns home on November 1 to take on Norfolk State. The Bison have back-to-back MEAC games at South Carolina State (November 8) and Bethune-Cookman University (November 15) before closing out the regular season with a home game against defending champion Delaware State on November 22.
