Four star Coolidge Colts quarterback Emmanuel Yeager verbally committed to Central Michigan University Sunday after a great visit with the school and coaching staff.
"I first heard about Central Michigan thru friends of mine Malik Redd and LeRon Eaddy who both play for River Hill High School. Both of them were being recruited and were officially offered." "We were brought up during their five star Chippewa Day and I was sold on everything the school had to offer. I feel like it's the perfect fit."
According to Yeager, CMU runs a spread offense that's similar to what he's used to but with different variations. "I only have to adjust to the terminology. It's a pass first offense and since I'm a dual threat quarterback, I'll be able to improvise if the situation calls for it."
DJ Scott of Thomas Johnson High in Frederick, Md, one of the attendees on that recruiting trip was offered as well.
